Each year our program evolves as our regional network expands and deepens in its own journey. We continue to converge best-in-class content that has been validated through executive education programs offered at Harvard University as we also increase the level of participant-driven content and engagement.

The value proposition of CommonGround is high for anyone seeking tangible approaches for increasing their leadership and change agent abilities. Content, case studies, and activities specifically address and advance a crucial new sustainability leadership role focused on transforming organizations and communities to achieve a radical increase in: the flow of new ideas; group intelligence and learning; effective de-risking; complex stakeholder engagement; organizational agility; and shared purpose.

CommonGround and the new leadership practice it is helping to scale up is now more crucial than ever. This is the necessary alternative to rigid, reactive, and divisive top down leadership approaches that we are now witnessing taking hold in response to mounting 21st century pressures.

Engage with world-class thought leaders in sustainability on a personal level.
